We had a kitchen renovation done by Aaron from Executive Kitchens and we were very happy with the result. Aaron was very helpful and responsive as was Warren who led the trades team. Our kitchen was done on time, on budget and we love the result. We would definitely recommend Executive Kitchens and will be using them for our future projects.

Aaron was a great wealth of ideas in the design of our new kitchen, Laundry, toilet cupboard and basin. He listened to what we wanted and created the perfect kitchen. He was then able manufacture the cupboards and benches as well as organise all the trades to make it a seamless and stress free renovation. Love your work!!Mark - Blackburn South.

Since my first "Executive Kitchen" installation in 2009 and now in 2020 I am pleased with the exceptional quality of ideas, suggestions, design, functionality and workmanship. Our experience with Executive Kitchens started by getting a ‘good vibe’ at our first meeting with Aaron, which continued the entire way through our renovation.From the highly detailed measurement of our existing kitchen & laundry space, to the numerous suggestions that were offered to complement our ideas, we felt very confident that Aaron was going to transform our vision into reality... and he did.We had a “no surprises” experience, as the entire process and cost breakdown of our reno was carefully explained, giving us confidence of what to expect and where our money was going.The workmanship and finishing quality that went into fabricating our 2-pac custom kitchen cabinetry was top notch, which became quite apparent when the cabinetry was delivered. We chose a laminated finish for our laundry room cabinetry, and the workmanship quality was equally as good.The onsite work carried out by Warren was a particular standout throughout our renovation experience. Demolition was fast and efficient, and the work site was tidied at the end of each working day... including vacuuming small debris and dust. Warren’s meticulous and precision fitting skills were a perfect match for our new high quality cabinets, and we recognised the high level of care that was taken to ensure there was no accidental damage to the quality and finish of the cabinetry throughout the fitting stage.Warren seemed to know exactly when to engage with us about decisions we should be involved with as a homeowner, and continued the experience of having a ‘no surprises’ reno.The coordination of various trades (tiler, plumber, electrician, stone mason) for both the rough-in and finishing stages went like clockwork. The continuity in delivering the work was exceptional.Key takeaways;- customer centric... we were asked plenty of questions, not told what we should do!- transparent with cost breakdown before any work starts... no hidden extras- high quality products and materials- great 2-way communication throughout all project phases- excellent workmanship- genuine care for customer satisfaction- strong consideration of COVID-19 work arrangements- daily cleaning of debris and tidying of worksiteFrom beginning to end, our kitchen & laundry reno with Executive Kitchens was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Aaron and the team if you’re in the market for a kitchen and/or laundry renovation.

We chose Executive Kitchens for various reasons, with the main ones being:1. the quality of their cabinetry2. the excellent communication3. for feeling like we were their highest priority4. their ability to provide a bespoke kitchen without the huge price tag.After paying our deposit and locking in a day, we felt confident we had done the right thing. Our date was set to start our new kitchen and we were looking forward to seeing it emerge. On the day my old kitchen was being demolished, Covid-19 came along and we entered stage 1 lockdown. As my kitchen was gutted, Aaron and Jason were absolutely amazing and so supportive during this phase. Continuing into the unknown of whether tradesmen will continue to work, Aaron provided so much assurance that I would not go with out a kitchen - he even said he would provide me with his personal electric fry pan if my cook top was not able to be installed due to trades no longer being able to work. They say you get what you pay for, and I would say without hesitation to anyone deciding on who to install their kitchen - For peace of mind and quality work please go to Executive Kitchens. Doing any kind of home renovation is stressful, but knowing you have a company who is out to look after you if rare. The professional finish of my kitchen, coupled with the communication and care was incredible. Even COVID-19 lockdowns could not stop Executive Kitchens delivering my new kitchen on time without compromising the quality. To say we are delighted is an understatement. Aaron and Paul were helpful at every step of the design and installation process. They really know kitchens and helped to make my vague ideas a practical reality! Aaron came out to see the space and talk through my thoughts, coupling them with his experience to make a kitchen that is personalised and functional. The tradesmen engaged by executive kitchens were efficient, friendly and precise. The entire process (design, pricing, timeline) was seamless and to plan. I love my new kitchen!

I am super excited about the new kitchen in my little apartment from Executive Kitchens. The whole experience was a positive one even though we were faced with some challenges working with such a small space. Executive Kitchens took the time to consider all aspects and delivered great solutions. They were very personable and friendly to deal with and nothing seemed to pose a problem.The entire team they have working with them are fabulous and all did excellent quality work - from the builder/coordinator to the electrician, plumber and tiler. Right from our first meeting with Aaron we felt comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. They started on the date they said they would.The installer and plumber arrived and then the electrician. It all proceededwith precision and efficiency. All the trades people were wonderful to deal with.We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Executive Kitchens. It was a very pleasant and rewarding experience.

In summary, our experience of Executive Kitchens was overwhelmingly positive. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and were very pleasantly surprised at the speed with which the work was completed and the pleasant and polite nature of the tradespeople.We dealt with Aaron through the initial estimates, detailed design and installation. Aaron was always extremely pleasant and helpful in all our dealings with him. Aaron listened to our desires, worked with us to create designs that met the brief and politely, helpfully and competently worked through all design issues.Initially we were attracted to Executive Kitchens because they are a small family owned and run company and offered total flexibility in design. Other companies that we approached were either very expensive, showed a lack of understanding of what we wanted or offered largely standard size (pre built) components. Executive kitchens custom build all cabinetry so that there is never a problem with having a cupboard or a draw made to whatever size you want. All their work is very high quality and all components (hinges, draw runners, etc) are of the highest quality.We finalised the design and paid our deposit late October. Aaron scheduled for installation to commence end November and promised that everything (including cabinetry, benchtops, glass splashbacks and all electrical and plumbing work) would be finished before Christmas, a period of just over 3 weeks. Everything was completed a week before Christmas! This was an amazing effort when you remember that the benchtops can’t be ordered until the cabinetry is installed and the glass splashbacks can’t be ordered until the benchtops are installed.The removal of the old kitchen and installation of the new kitchen was a very smooth process. Warren, the installer, was very helpful, pleasant and polite to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble. The removal of old kitchen and installation of all the new cabinetry was completed in 4 days. Warren was so pleasant to have around that we missed him when he was finished!Once the cabinetry was installed, the stonemason measured up for the benchtops (this can’t be done until the cabinets are in to ensure that the benchtops are an exact fit). The stone benchtops arrived in less than a week (ahead of schedule).Once the benchtops were in, the glass man measured up for the splashbacks (again, this cannot be done until the benchtops are in so as to ensure that the glass splashbacks fit exactly). The glass splashbacks were installed a week later.The electricians and the plumber were all quick and efficient and very pleasant to have in the house. They all performed their work promptly at the appropriate points in the installation process.Throughout the process, Aaron remained our “go to” man and any small issues that arose were dealt with promptly, efficiently and with no fuss.I have no hesitation in recommending Executive Kitchens. They are competent, helpful and extremely flexible, an absolute pleasure to work with.

After meeting with Aaron and discussing our needs, we very quickly decided that Executive Kitchens was the company for us. From start to finish, everything happened on the planned days and all tradesmen were professional, pleasant and obviously took pride in their work. The whole process was very transparent and there were no hidden costs or surprises. Aaron always was available to answer queries and oversee all aspects of the renovation. I had my kitchen done in April 2017 by Executive Kitchens. We mostly dealt with Aaron, who helped with the measurements, design and building of the cabinets and drawers. As he is also the cabinet maker, he knew what would work and what would not, which made it very easy from the beginning. He was always respectful of our opinions, accommodating, reliable and honest. The workmanship was excellent, everything fits well, and there have been no problems since my kitchen was completed. I have a beautiful and practical kitchen, and no regrets!

They thought outside the box and designed a stylish and very functional kitchen that exceeded our expectations. Our small galley kitchen, last refurbished and rebuilt in the 1980s, was looking very tired. After a Google search and visiting several showrooms and kitchen design establishments we decided on Executive Kitchens as our advisors and designers for a complete renovation. This turned out to be a very happy, constructive and completely satisfactory relationship.After careful listening to our past 30 years' experience about what did and didn't work in a kitchen with limited storage and working areas, designer Aaron produced a plan based on our old model but containing many constructive ideas for maximising useful space. Visits were arranged to Executive Kitchens' factory area, showrooms where we could compare various brands of major appliances without pressure and warehouses where we could make a choice of bench-top materials.The quotation was within our anticipated budget, with time lines made clear. Installations by Executive Kitchens' staff and selected specialists were prompt with all workmanship equalling our expectations. At all times the personal approach was genuine and ongoing backup was assured.We are delighted with the result and can highly recommend Executive Kitchens.

Recently we engaged Executive Kitchens to renovate our kitchen. We met with the owner, Paul Robinson & factory manager Aaron. Both are very personable and involved themselves in our project. It was clear to us that they were dedicated professionals which was very important to us as we did not want any mistakes. Nothing was too much trouble as they answered our many questions. Aaron happily provided detailed and creatively rendered drawings which assisted greatly in our selection of the final layout of cupboards, drawers & finishes. The 3D drawings allowed us to see the finished kitchen before manufacture. This provided us with great certainty on our selection. The components from the factory arrived on the agreed day and went in seamlessly which I attributed to the early discussion and pre planning we had with Paul & Aaron. The experience from start to finish was stress free for us due to the on site measuring, knowledge and experience that the Executive Kitchens staff provided us with. The result was a perfect fit and is so very pleasing for us and gives the house an amazing lift. Great job guys!!

I found Paul (and Aaron) to be incredibly easy to work with on my tiny new kitchen. Paul was certainly challenged on the size and there were some issues with the installation but they have been fabulous at resolving these small issues and the kitchen looks great. Very happy customer.I would just suggest that if you have a small kitchen and use your own trades make sure to get specific cupboard by cupboard measurements - above and beyond the plans they provide.

After many years, I still feel happy every time I walk into our updated kitchen. I love it. Thanks to Paul & Aaron at Executive Kitchens in Box Hill we have a thoughtfully -designed, well built and functional cooking, eating and sharing space that will stand the test of time. With an easily established collaborative relationship Executive Kitchens professionally guided us through the stages of design (incorporating all of our required features plus some), choice of elements (with a thoughtful and experienced eye for detail) and installation program (using only the best of tradesmen). We are very happy with our new kitchen which was meticulously designed in accordance with our sketchy brief. Paul suggested some things which wouldn't have occurred to us and these elements are working well.Installation commenced on the appointed day and was effectively completed within two days. Completion of the kitchen was achieved within a week with a minimum of disruption and mess.We had two small issues.1) One of the shock absorbers on the cutlery drawer is faulty. Executive Kitchens were advised of this by phone and told me to use a pin to dislodge it. This didn't work and I eventually dislodged the item with a knife. This worked for a time but the problem has re-occurred.2) We were required to chase up the Plumber and Electrician ourselves for the completion certificates and it took five weeks to obtain them. We feel that this "chasing up" should be the responsibility of the main kitchen contractor.

Redoing your kitchen is one of the big investment decisions in life, not something that one does one the spur of the moment. A lot of shopping around and invariably in home quotes, and this is where Executive Kitchens stood out, none of the hard sell or pressure tactics of some of their competitors. It’s a big decision, so no we’re not going to sign the night you give us a quote. Unlike some others Aaron was very easy going, he spent a long time at our place and at the end, he didn’t put the pressure, he didn’t try to close the sale that night. Unlike the over the top pressure of one company. Instead he and Paul left us time to think, to consider, we visited their office/factory/showroom a few times to look at things and ask questions, all the time without money down. A friendly greeting from Nala with teddy bear some where nearby, on the days Paul or Aaron weren’t around there was Jason with a friendly greeting. We wanted our kitchen to be special, different and unique, things like no door handles and all the lines aligned. Our kitchen was a challenge they rose to meet and whenever I dropped in I was proudly shown evidence of their ingenuity, they are all clearly proud of their work. We were referred to Executive Kitchens by a work colleague and in a few visits, we had talked with Paul, Aaron and Jason. A consistent message came through each time which was important to us. The completed kitchen matched our specifications in terms of timely build, high quality, use of materials, and final presentation. The real test is whether we'd use a company twice - We have been so delighted with the whole process and with the superb result, we certainly would, so we highly recommend Executive Kitchens.

We had a great experience with Aaron and Paul. They understood our very vague brief, and came up with an excellent design. We wanted a practical kitchen, there was no fuss, they just made it happen. And importantly to us, they did not try and up-sell their scope of works (as other kitchen placed seems to do). They built all the cabinets to size and coordiated all the trades during the installation. Overall, we would strongly recommend them.

when I went to executive kitchens for the first time, I was going with a friend and had about a 20% ''thinking'' about getting my kitchen done. However from the moment I went in, I saw the type of cupboards that I desired, had wonderful explanation and service of the products and how the kitchen is created from start to finish By Aaron.The 20% thinking soon moved to "let's do it"' b/c of Aaron's manner and explanation. His design was skillful in getting the most out of my space in the kitchen. I appreciated how much he listened to what I actually needed from my kitchen- my priorities not what he could sell me as I had experienced elsewhere.As this was my first renovation, the kitchen being so important I have been nervous about the process. Any phone call has always been received warmly and any questions answered. As a result anxiety has been calmed.However it was a waste of anxiety b/c from start to finish, it has been a pleasure to have executive kitchens in my home along with the trades associated with them. I feel so excited about my kitchen. It has been a wonderful first renovation- so much so I am walking around the house thinking about what else I could get renovated.I also have appreciated the cleanliness of the trade workers and builder. Obviously renovation takes dust and noise- but both have been minimized respectfully for both my neighbours and myself.You may get what you want elsewhere with less cost but not the quality of the kitchen, service provided and craftsmanship of the tradies. Since I wont be changing my kitchen in a long time, paying for a better quality will be worth it over many years. I also love that they were able to provide extra options in the design to give me more storage space which I so needed.Dealing with Executive Kitchens has been a total pleasure and delight and I cant speak highly enough of them. Do yourself a favour if you are thinking of getting your kitchen done- You wont regret one minute of it if you use Executive kitchens.Thank you Aaron and Paul for all your work to make my kitchen simply gorgeous.

The attention to my plans and ideas was very much appreciated; I had visited other businesses but none gave me the same impression ~ that my kitchen could be somewhat eclectic in the inclusion of some vintage fittings and features. There was genuine thought to design features as well as practical considerations. I found both Paul and Aaron helpful and the installation was efficiently undertaken. I recommend a visit to chat about your ideas as both men are patient and meticulous in their approach, with an open mind to preferences you might have.

Aarons approach was what assisted us in choosing Executive Kitchens from the 5 ( exhaustive )quotes we got ( not the cheapest ) We wanted a LOT. from non standard size and height to special foot hinge to open rubbish bin draw.their time frame was spot on, as was the workman ship. then came the Oh ! Oh! ... one set of cupboards were about 3mm short and noticeable when you sat opposite at the bench. photos i took and sent did Not show it as too bad. Aaron commented as such and said he will look into it. 4 days later 2 new doors , perfect size. WOW that's what ultimately makes a great company. They may not have a $ million $ showroom but certainly a $ million product, finish, and personnel. When all completed invited Paul and Aaron for breakfast, their first view of finished product. Big smiles all round, and they admitted we were their hardest client in 10 year's but we also helped them better understand their clients. kitchen was completed in August '15 in time for my wife's birthday.well done to the whole team at Executive Kitchens. Pauls design of my new kitchen was amazing. He made sure the kitchen setup was adapted to what I wanted and contained all the latest conveniences and features ie lazy Susan corner unit, kicker drawers, pull out pantryInstallation again was done professionally and quickly.I love cooking in my new kitchen. Executive Kitchens are of exeptional quality, Paul and his team ensure every detail is attended to. As a painter, I have dealt with many kitchen companies but Executive in my view tops the lot. Very happy with my kitchen and bathrooms! Would definitely recommend.We had a fantastic experience working with Paul from executive kitchens. He was friendly, professional and is clearly very experienced in cabinetry. He provided great suggestions and was easy to work with. I particularly appreciated the 3D version of each room Paul created for us on his computer so we could have a better idea of what it would look like. I had one kitchen, two bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe put together by executive kitchens, and I am very pleased with the result of all. We were so happy, we are using executive kitchens again for another property!
